Made of Music is a Berlin and Munich based production and consulting company for sound and music.
We develop and create acoustic storytelling for any kind of visual and non-visual communication (movie, advertising, games, radio).
Therefore we combine our long lasting experience as successful pop-music producers, score composers, instrumentalists, singers, voice actors and audio engineers with our academic background in business-, music- and media-sciences, marketing as well as psychology of music and perception.
With a broad network of creatives Made of Music is able to realize every musical genre and all kinds of genre combinations at the highest level and in every particular budget and time frame.
MEET THE TEAM
ALEX KOMLEW
Head of Consulting & Managing Director
Alex holds degrees and diplomas as jazz pianist and film composer, a bachelor of arts in music- and media-sciences as well as a master of arts in music management. For more than 10 years he is an active film composer, songwriter and producer and already received four gold awards and scored several dozen top 50 entries in the german and international cinema and music charts. As a music consultant he’s working for big german production companies as well as the german public broadcast.
He founded Made of Music to seek for a holistic approach of combining music consulting, creation and swarm intelligent creative work in order to raise the level of interplay between auditive and visual communication.
Sometimes his team also wonders if he's a machine or a crossbreed of Tony Stark & Elon Musk - wanna find out? :)
CAROLINE VON BRÜNKEN
Head of Vocal Production
Caro is a graduate jazz singer working as a live and studio performer, voice-over artist and vocal coach for more than a decade. Her voice can be heard on a lot of recent pop and dance productions in the national and international top 50 charts as well as in movies, ads and on tv shows. As a versatile songwriter, she works for all major labels (Warner Music, Sony Music, Universal Music etc.) and already received one gold award.
As Made of Music’s head of vocal production Caro is not only responsible for casting, recording and editing but also makes sure that your message hits the right note - and if not she'll probably say that it's jazz! ;)
JASON OK
Head of Creative
Jason is addicted to music from his childhood on and worked ever since on his successful career in music business: first as a singer and guitarist at the pop academy Mannheim, later on as solo artist for Warner Music and now as a high-flying music producer and songwriter for all major labels and brands. He already got various gold awards and top 10 placings.
Thanks to his additional academic background - Master of Management & Leadership - Jason combines musical competence with profound knowledge in change management, marketing and communication.
At Made of Music he’s in charge for the creative transfer of our client’s ideas. He’s your guy when it comes to turning concepts into sound and high musical quality - but his best qualities crop up at night... Just kidding. ;)
